When I first started using ILovepdf my input area was blue now my input area is purple that hides my infomation until I open it with another application. How do I turn this off?

This company is a fraudulent company. Don't log in and pay through your card.
I paid and got a premium subscription, but I am not able to use full access. My account still needs to be upgraded to premium. I contacted customer care, but there was no proper response; they replied ineffectively.
I asked to cancel my account, but the payment is still being deducted from my account. So, beware.
